About me and my practice

I am a humanistic integrative and attachment based counsellor and also a clinical supervisor.

I offer counselling to individuals and couples, who suffer from a variety of psychological issues, including addictions.

I am experienced in providing counselling support around relationship issues, trauma issues, developmental trauma, addictions, loss and bereavement, men issues as well as anger, rage, shame.

I usually offer a few sessions to begin with, during which there is an opportunity to learn about counselling and to choose the best course of action. We may work for a few weeks only or the work can be open-ended. My practice is in London Bridge.

Outline of offer and experience

I offer time-limited and open-ended counselling for people suffering from a variety of psychological issues, including addictions. I have worked within different settings including drugs and alcohol agencies and NHS based GP practices.
