About me and my practice

I have a Degree in Substance Misuse Treatment Therapy. I have spent 15 years working within drug & alcohol addiction, dual diagnosis, and complex needs. I have had specialist posts in behavior stabilization with addiction. I’m experienced at delivering a holistic range of therapeutic interventions with both young people in care from 8 yrs, young people in supported living 16-25 and adults.

Outline of offer and experience

I offer therapy for addiction, anxiety , depression, PTSD. I also offer training in Complex Needs , Safety planning and behavior stabilization . I have worked within Mental Health Settings, and Homelessness services . I offer a private practice offering one to one therapy either online , on the phone or when restrictions lift face to face. I have reduced rates for low income or unemployed clients.
